CLAUSE 1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 49ph online gaming platform, including the website available at 49ph.net, all associated mobile-optim ized pages, account management features, gaming products, and support services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 49ph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), a gaming operator registered and operating in the Philippines under PAGCOR oversight.

By accessing the 49ph Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("you," "your," or "the Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotion-specific conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

49ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

CLAUSE 2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 49ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. 49ph does not permit any person under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You are physically located within the Philippines at the time you access the Platform. Access by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not permitted.
3. You are accessing and using the Platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, entity, or organization.
4. You do not have an existing active or suspended 49ph account. Only one account per person is permitted.
5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 49ph or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software providers.
6. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
7. You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 49ph or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator in the Philippines.

CLAUSE 3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 49ph Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's personal information at any point during registration or during your ongoing use of the Platform.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active 49ph account only. If 49ph identifies that you have registered or are operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — 49ph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and historic bonuses, and withhold or recover any withdrawals made from duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 49ph account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 49ph will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 49ph support immediately at [email protected]. 49ph accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your personal details change — including your address, contact number, or email address — you must update your account profile or contact support promptly. 49ph may delay or suspend withdrawal processing if account information is found to be outdated or inconsistent with your verified KYC documentation.

CLAUSE 4KYC & Verification

49ph is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all player accounts before processing withdrawals and at any other point where 49ph deems verification necessary.

4.1 Documents Required

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name and mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as requested by the 49ph verification team

4.2 Verification Timeframes

49ph will endeavor to complete KYC reviews within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documents. Incomplete submissions will delay the verification process. 49ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion and to place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe as requested by 49ph, or if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise invalid, 49ph reserves the right to suspend your account, void any pending or unredeemed bonuses, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending regulatory review.

CLAUSE 5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

49ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). 49ph does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency payments, or payments made by third parties on your behalf.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on 49ph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 49ph wallet within minutes of confirmation. 49ph accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC details. 49ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 49ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

5.4 Responsible Use of Funds

All funds deposited into your 49ph wallet must be from legitimate sources. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from illegal activity. 49ph is required to report suspicious financial transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related PAGCOR directives.

CLAUSE 6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 49ph are subject to these general terms as well as any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant offer page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific page, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses issued by 49ph are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will remain locked in your account until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the 49ph Platform contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on games with zero contribution do not count toward wagering. 49ph reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates at any time.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or using betting patterns identified as bonus abuse — will result in the immediate voiding of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension of the relevant account, and possible permanent closure.

CLAUSE 7Gameplay Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games available on the 49ph Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer studios subject to independent technical testing. 49ph does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneously credited payout — including amounts that are clearly disproportionate to the wager placed — 49ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's wallet. Payouts resulting from manifest technical errors are not considered valid and may be recovered by 49ph.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round due to internet or device issues on your end, the game outcome will be recorded by the server and credited or settled accordingly upon reconnection. 49ph is not responsible for losses resulting from your own connectivity failures.

7.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or league at the conclusion of the event. 49ph reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of bets where the integrity of an event is under investigation, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the relevant event has been abandoned or postponed in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

CLAUSE 8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 49ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a restricted jurisdiction
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or third parties, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any game or sporting event
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160) or related Philippine legislation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 49ph staff, support agents, or other players via any channel
• Attempting to access another player's account, or acquiring another player's login credentials by any means
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals through accounts registered in another person's name

CLAUSE 9Responsible Gaming

49ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or a compulsion.

9.1 Player Tools

Every 49ph account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the Platform
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing your net session position at set intervals

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from the 49ph Platform, you may do so by accessing the responsible gaming section of your account settings or by contacting 49ph support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, 49ph will not send you marketing communications and will block your access to the Platform. If you share a device with persons under 21 years of age, you are responsible for ensuring that your 49ph account is logged out and not accessible to them. If 49ph has reason to believe that a person under 21 is accessing the Platform through any account, that account will be suspended pending investigation.

CLAUSE 10Suspension & Account Closure

10.1 49ph's Right to Suspend

49ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 49ph has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; account compromise or unauthorized access; failure to complete KYC verification; or any activity that poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to 49ph or to other players on the Platform.

10.2 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or AML-related concerns — 49ph reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct by the player, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 49ph account at any time by contacting support. Before processing closure, 49ph may ask you to confirm your reason for leaving and whether you would prefer a self-exclusion period instead. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

CLAUSE 11Intellectual Property

All content on the 49ph Platform — including but not limited to the 49ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 49ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 49ph. Any unauthorized use of 49ph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

CLAUSE 12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 49ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 49ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

49ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. 49ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though 49ph takes reasonable technical steps to maintain Platform availability and security.

CLAUSE 13Privacy & Data Protection

49ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications.

49ph does not sell, lease, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies where 49ph is legally required to do so. CLAUSE 14Changes to These Terms

49ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 49ph will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or a PAGCOR directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page represents the current operative Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

CLAUSE 15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and the applicable regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may raise concerns or complaints with 49ph support in the first instance. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
